12-Week Women's Nervous System Healing Group
Connect to your nervous system. Reconnect with yourself.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck?
If you find yourself constantly cycling through anxiety, shutdown, overthinking, or emotional exhaustion, you're not alone. Trauma and chronic stress can dysregulate our nervous systems and disconnect us from our bodies, our needs, and our true selves.
This 12-week group is designed to help you gently reconnect to your body, learn how to regulate your nervous system, and find healing from the inside out.
Whether you’ve experienced trauma, grew up in a chaotic home, or just feel like you’re always “on edge” or “numb,” this group will offer you tools, understanding, and community.

What You’ll Learn
This is more than just talk therapy. Each week includes education, somatic practices, and guided reflection. We will go through evidence based therapy modalities and introduce you to IFS, DBT, Polyvagal Theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Attachment Theory all in a trauma informed practice.
